Solid game from #44, just missed a hatty and picked up two hard working goals. He's been struggling lately (-13 in the past thirty days according to my fantasy team, that's some research for you) so it's nice to get the big fella going.
I woulda had him as player of the game, no question. Helm and Drapes had great games too (Draper with hands? Whaaaaa?) and should get a nod. And other than goal three, Ozzie played great as well.
And oh yeah, Lidstrom had a paltry two assists (Nick for Hart 2011).
Still not too happy about letting up three goals again, but a W is two points, no matter how bad the team is or how ugly the win is.
