February 26th - Detroit squeaks by the Buffalo Sabres in a 3-2 OT victory,
February 27th - Buffalo trades a second-round pick at the 2011 Entry Draft to St. Louis for Brad Boyes.
That's three examples of teams making moves the day after one of the teams involved plays Detroit - yeah, I'd say Detroit is helping teams learn some valuable lessons about themselves and where they stand against the most successful franchise over the past two decades.
Oh and St Louis has completely given up on this season - fine by me.
