NOHS Style Trade Deadline Coverage - Updated 11:44

I'm not a fan of the live blog style that others are running, so on this big day we'll be updating throughout the day with trades that happen with a quick thought after.

10:40 AM - Per Pierre LeBurn: Atlanta gets Dvorak and 5th-round pick for Bergfors and Rismiller from Flordia. 

• NOHS Thoughts:  That's all it took to get Bergfors?  I'd have liked to see the rumored trade happen with Detroit trading a 2nd rounder and Kindl for him. 

11:44 AM -  Mark Stuart of ATL signs a three year 5.1 million contract. 

• NOHS Thoughts:  Meh. Boring deadline so far.  Had to post something.

12:18 PM - Dennis Wideman goes wide and heads from FLA to the Washington Capitals for Hauswirth and a 3rd.

• NOHS Thoughts: Wideman makes $4.5 per (3.9 cap hit), which is a hell of a lot for a slightly better than average defenseman.  He's minus 26 as well.  Still, gives the Caps more punch this year, not sure what they are going to do about next.
