Why You Gotta Hate?

Ryan Lambert, Puck Daddy's resident douche, today was up in arms about who a Montreal blogger thinks is the Selke leader in the league.  As a lowly Calgary fan, he hates himself some Wings, as usual:

Tomas Plekanec, Montreal's top center, is apparently the best two-way pivot in the league. This link actually says that. I can't figure out why. Now, okay, granted, I think Pavel Datsyuk is slightly overrated, insofar as he's not as good in both ends of the rink as Sid Crosby is overall. But like, (sic) Henrik Sedin? Maybe Mike Richards or Ryan Getzlaf? Don't you think there are a couple guys in front of Plekanec in line for the "Best Two-Way Center" title?

Really? Datsyuk isn't as good as Crosby on the D side of the ice? Datsyuk, the yearly leader in takeaways by a margin that makes me giggle, isn't as good as Crosby, a slightly above average player in the defensive zone? 

And even more so, Datsyuk isn't as good as Sedin?  Richards? Or especially the balding Jersey shore wannabe Getzlaf?  Give me a break, you red-headed Fin-goalie loving joke.  

Let the hate continue Lambert, it only makes us stronger.
