Wow, what an ending.  After Rafalski missed the pass to the blueline, I wrote em off.  Crappy game and crappy luck (and Rafalski turning from an NHL All-Star into a skinny, uncordinated World of Warcraft nerd who struggles to feed himself right in front of our eyes on that fourth goal), well these games happen. 

Zetterberg and Pavel had something to say about that.



And doesn't it seem like Lidstrom can only score beautiful touch-the-sky slapshots from the point, yet absolutely struggles on any normal scoring chance?  He made the game winner roughly 1000 times harder than it needed to be.  Still, since he's perfect, GOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL.

This was not challenging enough for The Perfect Human.

I also can't say enough about Abdelkader.  He's become some crazy version of Maltby and Dallas Drake combined into one.

Eat you crazy red-headed Finn.
