About N.O.H.S.

The Nightmare on Helm Street is an unofficial blog overwhelmingly dedicated to the Detroit Red Wings and the destruction of their enemies. Drew started a non-partisan blog in 2008 which failed miserably and he eventually created N.O.H.S. on the scorched Earth thereafter in July 2009. Chris was added as an author three months later. Both are washed up college hockey players, except Chris is a stupid goalie.

...and it wasn't pretty for Detroit score-watchers.

3-16wcscores

Score watching sucks.

Phoenix is still doing astoundingly well.  They're pretty much un-catchable for the the Wings, but they don't have a prayer of getting higher than a 4th seed.

St. Louis has dropped two in a row and though they are looking like less of a threat, Colorado is going to be harder to catch because of this.

We covered the Nashville/Philly game earlier...thank you, Leastern Conference.

Edmonton is no threat so we would like them to win every game in which they aren't playing Detroit.

Dallas has taken themselves pretty well out of the game, and it's always nice to see San Jose fall apart...even before the play-offs.

Tavares goes off on Vancouver for 5 frickin' points.  Nice job, kid.

Did someone tell the Sharks that their game against Dallas mattered?

I would put the Phoenix game in the "meh" column. Doesn't really affect our placement at all.

I'm just sick of not getting any help from Eastern Conference teams. Catching Phoenix is unlikely at this point, but it would be nice to at least make it interesting.
