From the Kingston Whig:

The Vees announced on Wednesday they will retire the No. 7 of former player Dan Cleary, now a forward with the Detroit Red Wings, at their season opener on Sept. 9.

Cleary is expected to attend the ceremony.

"Vees" is a nickname for the Kingston Kimco Voyageurs of the OJHL where Cleary played as a 14 year old from 1993-1994.  Cleary notched 18 goals and 28 assists in just 43 games that season.  Cleary's run with the "Vees" ended after just one season as he was drafted by the Belleville Bulls in the first round of the 1994 OHL Draft.

Cleary will become only the fourth "Vee" in history to have his jersey retired.  The others three players are Scott Martin, Ryan Vince and Anthony Geldart.
